1. Be positive - don't listen to negativity. Surround yourself with positive energy.
2. Draw strength from those around you - your husband, your children, your parents - they have healing powers too.
3. Believe and trust in Hashem. Know that everything that happens is for a reason and ultimately for your good.
4. Learn from your "jolts". Know that something needs to be changed and act to do it. Growth from your wake-up calls is imperative.
5. Be grateful to Hashem for all that you have and look for the good in everything. Remind yourself each day how good life is and the positive aspects of your life.
6. Never judge others. You never know what another person's been through. Just focus on your inner strength, and give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
7. You have the tools - use them. Prayer, Shabbat, Torah learning, charity and acts of kindness.
8. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE. |
